Germany is one of Fixico’s most important European markets. We have built a significant presence, with established customers and partnerships, a strong repair network and a local commercial team. At the same time, we see substantial opportunities to grow our position further.

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager – Germany to develop and grow some of our most important customer and partner relationships in the German market.

This is a role for someone who combines strong relationship building with commercial thinking and a good understanding of technology and operations. Someone who can understand a customer’s business, make a partnership successful and continuously find ways to create more value together.

The role

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of Fixico’s strategic customer and partner relationships in Germany.

You will report to our Head of Germany and work closely with our Business Development team as well as colleagues across Product, Operations and Customer Success.

Your focus is on making our partnerships successful and growing them over time.

That starts with deeply understanding the customer: how their organisation works, what they are trying to achieve, where their challenges are and how Fixico can create value.

Our approach is highly consultative. Fixico is a scalable technology platform that can be tailored to different customer needs, workflows and use cases. You will work with customers to make sure the platform is successfully embedded in their operations, delivers the expected outcomes and continues to create opportunities to expand the partnership.

That could mean expanding into additional use cases, business units or geographies, improving how Fixico is used within an organisation, or identifying new ways in which our platform and network can support the customer.

You will also be an important bridge between our customers and Fixico. You will bring together the right people across Product, Operations, Customer Success and our repair network to solve challenges, improve performance and develop solutions that can scale.

This goes beyond traditional account management. We are looking for someone who can develop trusted relationships at senior level, understands both the commercial and operational side of a partnership, and can turn strong customer outcomes into long-term growth.

What you'll do

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic customers and partnerships in Germany.

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across our customers.

• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, operations, strategic priorities and objectives.

• Develop clear account and partnership plans together with the Head of Germany and translate them into concrete priorities and opportunities.

• Identify and develop opportunities to expand existing partnerships across additional use cases, business units, services or geographies.

• Lead commercial conversations around account growth and support negotiations, renewals and extensions.

• Take an active role in the onboarding and activation of new strategic customers, ensuring a strong transition from commercial agreement to successful operation.

• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure Fixico delivers the agreed business outcomes and continues to create measurable value.

• Monitor performance, KPIs and commercial outcomes and proactively identify opportunities, challenges and risks.

• Build business cases that clearly demonstrate the commercial and operational value Fixico delivers.

• Bring together internal teams to solve challenges and continuously improve customer performance.

• Work closely with Product and Operations to translate customer needs and market insights into scalable improvements to our platform and offering.

• Identify opportunities within customer relationships that could develop into broader strategic partnerships for Fixico.

• Bring relevant customer and market insights into the German commercial team and wider Fixico organisation.

• Work closely with the Head of Germany and Business Development team to create a seamless journey from new business to successful long-term partnership.

• Represent Fixico in senior customer meetings and at relevant industry events and conferences.

• Regularly spend time at our Amsterdam headquarters and be an active part of the wider Fixico team.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Commercial Account Management, Business Development or a similar B2B role.

• Experience managing and growing complex enterprise customers or strategic partnerships.

• A strong commercial mindset, with a track record of identifying and developing growth opportunities within existing customer relationships.

• Experience in a consultative technology environment, with the ability to understand customer operations and translate technology into clear business value.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders and different levels of complex enterprise organisations.

• Experience with technology, SaaS, platforms or another technology-enabled B2B business.

• The ability to understand a customer’s business model, operational challenges and objectives and connect these to commercial opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data, KPIs and business cases.

• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes for customers.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities rather than wait for them to be presented.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex customer situations.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Native-level German and fluent English.

• Based in Germany or the Netherlands and comfortable travelling when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience within automotive, mobility technology, fleet management, leasing, rental or insurance.

• An existing network within the German automotive or mobility ecosystem.

• Experience working directly with large fleet operators, leasing companies, rental businesses, insurers or OEMs.

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS, marketplace or platform customers.

• Experience expanding strategic accounts across multiple business units, use cases or geographies.

• Experience working in an international scale-up or high-growth technology company.

• Experience combining account development with strategic partnership management.

• Familiarity with repair management, claims, fleet operations or vehicle lifecycle management.
