We, the Customer Success team, are the first point of contact at Fixico. A question about the Fixico product? Help needed with making the right decision? The Fixico Customer Success team is there to help both customer and partner! Our team has one task: making sure every customer receives excellent service. Our service is not limited by targets, we do everything to put a smile on our customers’ face. This contact is done through many different communication channels e.g.; phone, e-mail, Facebook or chat. You will work closely with our new Head of Customer Success.
Why do you want to meet us (on purpose or by accident)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a unique team that takes care of the Dutch, Belgian and German market. As a Belgium Customer Success Executive you will contact the Fixico partners and customers for the purpose of building a relationship with them and making them successful in using the Fixico platform. To do this you will contact the customer when they, for example, did not upload the correct damage report, or help them get another quote by contacting repair shops. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational and sales-responsive.
