The role and the team

At Fixico you get the chance to play a major role in making the entire body repair process run smoothly, through your knowledge of car damage. You check the incoming damage and ensure that the correct information is shared with our damage repair network.

Our Damage Repair Experts check the incoming damage and ensure that it is forwarded to the damage repairers in our network. Together with the team you are responsible for handling the entire damage repair process from A to Z.

The Operations team you will be part of has one important task; ensure that all users of our platform can get back on the road as soon as possible!

What does your role encompass?

In the role of Damage Repair Expert, you will ensure that the entire damage repair process runs as efficiently as possible. You use your (acquired) knowledge of car damage (repair) to help our users and thereby further expand your own knowledge of car damage and damage repair. You will work together with our Partner account managers, Network account managers (for the damage repair network) and our Customer Excellence team.

As a Damage Repair Expert you will:

• Supervising the entire damage repair process from start to finish

• Assess the incoming damage with an expert eye

• Check quotations and damage calculations

• Follow up on damage reports, mainly by telephone, with both the users and the repairers

What we are looking for:

• You have completed an MBO / HBO education (preferably automotive related)

• You are in possession of an audatex certificate (not required, but an advantage)

• You have a passion for cars/automotive

• You have strong problem solving skills

• You are accurate in your work

• You like working in a team

• You are fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing).
  Knowledge of English, German or French is a big plus.
