Who is looking for you
We, the Merchant Success team, are responsible for ensuring that repair shops have the best experience while working on the Fixico platform. You are continuously working on the success of our partners, you will drive their success. Our team has one task: making sure every repair shop receives excellent service. Our service is not limited by targets, we do everything to put a smile on our partners’ face. You will work closely together with our Head of Operations Bernard Kochen and the rest of the Merchant Success team. 


Why do you want to meet us (on purpose or by accident)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a unique team that takes care of our repair shops in the Dutch, Belgian or German market. As a Merchant Success Executive you will contact the Fixico partners for the purpose of building a relationship with them and making them successful in using the Fixico platform. You will provide them with all the information they need, make sure they know what to expect and what we can offer them to help them being successful. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational and sales-responsive and will be responsible for the acquisition and expansion of the repair shop network in Dutch, Belgium or German. 

Meaning;

  • Ensure to create and work on maintaining a long-term relationship with our partners
  • Assist and educate partners to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals
  • Connect new partners to grow the repair shop network
  • On-boarding of new Fixico partners
  • Own the overall relationship with assigned partners, including; increase adoption, ensure retention and grow revenue and satisfaction. 

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management and networking.
  • Able to recognize & report on business opportunities that come up during daily tasks
  • You are native Dutch, Flemish, French or German, and have excellent communication skills both written & oral English
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM look a like.
  • Administratively strong
  • Being commercially driven
  • Being open-minded, curious and collaborative
