Job description

About us

We are Fixico, a fast-growing car damage repair platform backed by world-class Silicon Valley-based investors, scaling rapidly across Europe. Trusted by fleet owners, leasing, rental, and insurance companies, and with over 3,500 repair shops connected in 11 countries, Fixico has managed hundreds of thousands of repairs for some of the world’s biggest brands.

In the DACH region, we already work with leading companies such as Europcar, MHC Mobility, and Arval, and have built a solid operational foundation with a network of over 800 repair shops. Fixico has a strong presence in the region, and this role is about scaling our success to the next level in one of our most important growth markets.

About the role

As Business Development Director DACH, you’ll play a key role in driving Fixico’s growth. This is a high-impact position where you will spearhead our commercial efforts in the DACH region. You’ll be the face of the company, leading business development efforts, managing top-tier client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

With Fixico’s solid foundation in place, your focus will be on scaling our clients base, driving new business, and unlocking further opportunities in the region.

This role offers a unique combination of strategic influence, commercial leadership, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to shape Fixico’s growth in the DACH region while working closely with senior leadership. Regular travel to Amsterdam for strategic meetings and collaboration with the management team will keep you at the heart of key decisions driving our expansion across Europe.

Your responsibilities include

  • Own and drive growth in the DACH region by managing and expanding relationships with key enterprise clients.

  • Leverage your network in the rental, fleet, lease, and insurance industries to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Spearhead business development efforts to onboard new high-value accounts and scale our market presence.

  • Lead complex consultative sales in a B2B SaaS and platform-based environment, building compelling business cases to demonstrate Fixico’s value.

  • Act as the face of Fixico in the DACH region, representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and high-level negotiations.

  • Align cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to deliver seamless service and meet strategic goals.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine our onboarding playbook and ensure the successful activation of new accounts.

  • Lead RFP processes, stakeholder management, and high-level negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.

Job requirements

  • Proven track record in selling into rental, fleet, lease, and insurance companies, with established relationships in these sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with a focus on navigating long sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in scaling business operations in the aftersales domain and managing senior external stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, independent approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and excellent command of English.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with a strong grasp of forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

What is in it for you?

  • The chance to lead a critical growth market and play a key role in Fixico’s European expansion.

  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership, including the founders, with exposure to high-profile advisors and board members, shaping the company’s strategic direction.

  • The opportunity to make a tangible impact on a fast-growing scale-up and contribute to its success story.

  • Freedom and autonomy to shape your role, drive results, and directly influence the company’s growth.

  • A competitive salary package, including ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan), giving you a stake in Fixico’s success.

  • Car allowance to support your mobility needs.

  • Be part of a high-performance culture, where your ideas and contributions will directly shape Fixico’s growth trajectory.

  • Regular travel to Amsterdam for strategic meetings, where you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team and experience Fixico’s vibrant company culture.
