About the role

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks on their feet, and loves solving complex operational puzzles? As Business Operations Manager Germany, you are the operational backbone of our repair network across the country.

You are the go-to person for managing individual repair cases from start to finish. Making sure repairs move forward, issues get resolved quickly, and everyone involved stays informed and satisfied. This role combines hands-on execution with relationship management and involvement in new initiatives as we continue to grow.

What you will be doing

You will be the central point of contact for repair case management in Germany. Your day-to-day is a mix of operational work, stakeholder communication, and project involvement.

Day-to-day operations

  • Handle inbound calls and manage customer enquiries

  • Resolve payment issues and follow up on repair delays, including parts availability

  • Monitor quote and repair progress, and keep all parties up to date

  • Manage quality issues and follow up on escalations

  • Onboard new repair shops and set them up on our platform

  • Manage customer communications and support the broader Operations team when needed

Relationships and projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repair shops and partners 

  • Occasionally, visit repair shops across Germany to build relationships and assess quality

  • Support field account managers when needed

  • Train and guide users on our platform and tools

  • Quickly adapt as new initiatives and products launch

Job requirements

Who we are looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, account management, customer success, or a similar fast-paced role

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Administratively strong with a sharp eye for detail

  • A natural relationship-builder who can hold their own in conversations and negotiations

  • Comfortable being the voice of Fixico on calls, in emails, and in person

  • Proactive, structured, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once
