The Role
Fixico is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function and drive the company’s next phase of growth. As CFO, you will work closely with the Founder/CEO and the leadership team, shaping Fixico’s financial and strategic direction while leveraging data and analytics to guide business decisions.

This is a high-impact role where finance and business strategy come together in a fast-paced, international scale-up. You will oversee the full financial function, investor relations, lead strategic planning, support fundraising, and business intelligence and all while ensuring Fixico is structurally prepared for long-term, scalable success.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Strategic Finance & Growth – Own and drive Fixico’s financial strategy roadmap, leading planning, forecasting, and financial modelling to support long-term growth.

• Business & Financial Insights – Drive data-informed decision-making by translating financial and operational insights into strategic actions.
  

• Financial Operations & Automation – Build scalable processes across accounting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency.

• Investor Relations & Fundraising – Manage investor communications, financial storytelling, board reporting, and capital-raising efforts.
  

• Strategic Partner to the CEO – Contribute to high-impact business decisions and help drive strategic initiatives that shape Fixico’s future.
  

• Commercial Growth & Profitability – Identify opportunities to improve margins, scale operations, and support new market growth.
  

• Board & Stakeholder Management – Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and growth strategies to the board and investors.

• Legal, Tax & Compliance – Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior finance leadership role – ideally within a scale-up, marketplace, fintech, or SaaS business.

• Strategic yet hands-on mindset – able to drive high-level initiatives while rolling up your sleeves when needed.

• Commercially driven – understand business levers and partner with leadership to drive growth and profitability.

• Data-focused decision-maker – strong ability to leverage financial and operational data to shape strategy.

• Entrepreneurial and proactive – thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of key initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management – experienced in working with founders, investors, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with scaling businesses – familiarity with growth, automation, and operational efficiencies.
