About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and scaling of Fixico’s integration and connectivity capabilities. This role will be instrumental in executing our strategy by owning key initiatives around API development, third-party tool integration, and customer system connectivity. You’ll drive internal and external collaboration, align tech solutions with business goals, and ensure seamless workflows across our platform ecosystem.
You’ll join our Product team and work closely with engineers, product managers, commercial teams, and external partners.
Your responsibilities include
Drive the development of customer, supplier, and communication APIs to support smooth integrations across our network.
Define and maintain the technical integration roadmap aligned with Fixico’s strategic pillars.
Prioritize and lead the execution of projects across internal capabilities and external partner integrations.
Work closely with our engineers to build scalable and reliable APIs and tools.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation for internal teams, customers, and partners.
Ensure Fixico remains integration-ready and competitive in B2B enterprise deals by providing world-class connectivity solutions.
Act as the go-to person for all integration-related topics, supporting our commercial team with technical insights.
Lead exploration projects around new technologies such as telematics, RPA, and data enrichment.
Own technical integration initiatives, including:
Headless transactional and communication workflows (email & API-based)
Integration with 3rd party tools such as Zoho Desk and customer back-office systems
Partnerships with telematics and cost calculation providers (e.g., Geotab, DAT)
Job requirements
Proven track record in product management, with a focus on platform, technical, or integration-related domains.
Experience with API-first development, B2B system integrations, or workflow automation tools.
Experience with working with remote teams
A strong technical background—you speak engineering fluently and can translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to align engineers, commercial teams, and external partners around shared goals.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, independent approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—bonus if within SaaS, marketplaces or mobility,
