Job description

About Fixico

Fixico is on a mission to make car damage repair effortless. We are a fast-growing car damage repair marketplace, trusted by fleet owners, leasing companies, rental companies, and insurers across Europe. Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, we have already managed hundreds of thousands of repairs for customers ranging from global brands to strong local players.
We’re growing fast, expanding across Europe, and building teams that want to move just as fast.

About the role

Our People & Culture team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is curious, driven, and eager to learn how recruitment works in a high-growth tech environment. The People & Culture team is responsible for the entire employee journey at Fixico, from the first contact with candidates to onboarding and beyond.

In this internship, you’ll report directly to our Head of People & Culture and work closely with the wider team. You’ll be involved in every step of the recruitment process and get hands-on experience in employer branding and people-related projects. This is a role where you’re encouraged to take ownership, share ideas, and truly make an impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting and improving our end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Writing, updating, and publishing job descriptions on our career website and external job boards

  • Actively sourcing candidates for open and upcoming roles, primarily via LinkedIn

  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates across different departments

  • Screening candidates and managing our talent pool

  • Scheduling and conducting introductory interviews for selected roles

  • Collaborating with Marketing on employer branding initiatives and creative recruitment campaigns

  • Expanding our employer network by connecting with universities, student communities, and events

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • You are enrolled in a higher education program for the full duration of the internship

  • You study Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field

  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are comfortable sharing your ideas

  • You enjoy content creation and interacting with people from different backgrounds

  • You are proactive, organised, and like to take ownership of your work

  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus, not a must

  • You are available 3 to 5 days per week

  • You are available for an internship of 4 to 6 months

What’s in it for you

  • A monthly internship allowance

  • A close, 1:1 internship experience with direct mentorship from our Head of People & Culture

  • The freedom to initiate, own, and shape new projects

  • Flexible working hours and location

  • A front-row seat in a fast-growing European tech scale-up

  • A young, ambitious, and highly driven team

  • Daily lunch and plenty of snacks, healthy and less healthy

  • A beautiful office overlooking the Rijksmuseum, right in the heart of Amsterdam

Ready to help us build the teams shaping the future of car repair? We’d love to meet you.
