Fixico is an innovative and fast-growing tech company, well funded by top tier investors. We are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and are looking for a Key Account Manager for our German market who will bring our company to the next level.


As a Key Account Manager you will be joining our Business Development team. This is a high-impact role in our fast-growing, and international team, responsible for building, managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across key accounts. Alongside that, you will increase your share of wallet at these customers and implement key/transformative commercial partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with stakeholders within German Fixico clients (our partners)

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of active partners in Germany, turning collaboration into a dynamic success.

  • Develop and improve Fixico’s main process/procedures, assets, tools, etc.

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of implementations, goals and targets

  • Mobilizing the right internal teams and resources, possibly getting involved in all phases, e.g. gathering of clients’ requirements, designing the solution, driving the implementation of signed deals, managing pilots, overseeing live partnerships

  • Be the go-to person for our partners, ensuring they feel heard and supported

  • Introduce and train new Fixico partners, setting them up for success

  • Drive revenue and satisfaction growth for assigned partners in Germany

  • Act as the vital link between our Operations and Business Development departments, ensuring a seamless flow of collaboration and communication

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry, preferably in fleet, Mobility, Accident Management or Aftersales.

  • You are fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)

  • You are based in Germany (Mid to Northern part of Germany has a preference)

  • You have no travel limitations (up to 60% of your time)

  • You have an eye for commercial opportunities and you are a natural networker with a great closing skills/track-record.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, very ambitious and want to be successful

  • You want to have/ make an impact at our customers and @ Fixico

  • You have excellent communication skills as a true relationship builder, influencer and teamplayer.

  • You have strong commercial and negotiation skills
