You will have the unique opportunity to establish and grow the largest network of repair shops in Europe. Next to that, providing our business partners with the best possible service.

Join Fixico in our mission to lead Europe's car repair marketplace. As a Junior Business Operations Executive, you'll be the pivotal point of contact for our partners. You'll negotiate optimal repair shop deals and provide prompt support via email, chat, or phone. Additionally, you'll serve as the operational backbone for our Benelux market, supporting both body repair shops and partners. This role calls for a blend of operational boldness and keen commercial insight, offering substantial autonomy and responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Cultivate enduring, strategic partner and body repair shop relationships

• Oversee our B2B accounts, streamlining processes and maximising volumes

• Take charge of the end-to-end repair process, including damage report processing, approval, and quality checks for all fleet and rental vehicles

• Guide and educate body repair shops in harnessing the full potential of the Fixico platform to achieve their business objectives

• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new Fixico partners and body repair shops

• Guarantee optimal product utilisation for all parties involved

• Elevate satisfaction levels and guarantee both partners and body repair shops a delightful experience in the Fixico platform

What we are looking for

• You have 1 to 2 years of experience either as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Inside Sales, or similar roles (including internships)

• You have preferably experience either within the automotive industry or related industries

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, any other language such as French is a plus

• You can recognize & act upon new business opportunities

• You are highly motivated, and dynamic and have a hands-on personality

• You have a commercial mindset and a proactive attitude

• You are a skilled communicator and relationship builder

• You are open-minded, curious, and collaborative
