Who is looking for you?
Fixico is an innovative and fast-growing tech company, well funded by top-tier investors. We
are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and are looking for a Business Operations Manager
for our German market.

You will join the Operations team as a Junior Business Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the growth of one of our high-potential markets. In this position, you will be the link between our partners and the body repair shops. Support in the onboarding of both parties, improving their engagement by ensuring they both use the Fixico platform effectively while building long-term relationships.

You will be one of the driving forces behind building relationships with body repair shops and certain partners to make them successful on the Fixico platform. You will provide them with all the information they need and ensure they know what to expect and what we can offer to help. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational while having a strong commercial mindset.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with our partners and body repair shops in Germany

  • Managing and monitoring the performance of the active partners as well as the body repair shop Network in Germany

  • Assist and educate body repair shops and Business Partners to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals

  • Establish key relationships with channel partners to grow and scale the Network in Germany

  • Ensure retention and product usage for both parties of the marketplace

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end process of the repairs in Germany

Job requirements

Your strengths consist of…

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in either an Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar roles

  • You are able to recognize & act upon new business opportunities 

  • You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus 

  • You have good negotiation skills

  • You are a skilled communicator and relationship builder 

  • You are open-minded, curious, and collaborative
